The audit maps every tool, touchpoint, automation, and gap; identifies where leads are being lost; reviews the tech stack; and produces a prioritised build plan. The audit runs over 1–2 weeks and is useful whether or not the client continues to a build engagement. After the audit, clients choose between: - **Build + Hand Over** — we design and build the system (typically 4–12 weeks), fully document it, and hand it over to the client's team - **Build + Managed Growth** — we build the system and stay on as an ongoing retainer, monitoring performance, running optimisations, and managing marketing operations month to month ## Who We Work With Growing service businesses with 5–50 employees that are investing in marketing but aren't confident it's working as hard as it should.
